After spending 35 years as a professional real estate broker in the highly competitive marketplace of Phoenix Arizona USA , my wife Christie and I moved to Ecuador. We were drawn to Ecuador by the incredible natural landscape, the friendly, relaxing culture, and the wide variety of investment opportunities.

Given the recent struggles of the US economy, Ecuador has become a haven for those Americans looking to stretch their retirement dollar and investors looking for profitable opportunities. I believe my experience with North American and International clients combined with my knowledge of life in Ecuador puts me in a unique position to aid those individuals looking to retire or invest in this wonderful country.
